The Shed
Our newly renovated Shed is a blank slate space that can be transformed to suit any style or décor. The Shed boasts many uses and a certain charm you have to see to feel! The shed is available as a wet weather ceremony backup or a place to serve light refreshments to guests while the Bride and Groom have their photos taken.
The Glasshouse
Hand-built by the loving hearts and hands of Hillandale, The Glasshouse is a labour of love and growth, from its very beginnings, right through to its current housing of an assortment of beautiful flowers, succulents and other propagations! A stunning location, overlooking The Perennial Border and The Field, The Glasshouse is the perfect spot to enjoy a drink whilst looking out over the gardens!
The Perennial Border
The Perennial Border is the creative masterpiece of Hillandale Gardens. At one hundred and twenty metres long, our beautiful double herbaceous border is filled with colour, texture and love. An absolutely stunning walk,
The Perennial Border has been designed to be enjoyed walking both down and back up through the myriad of plants, flowers and shrubs with the changing light of the day.
A beautiful backdrop for photographs, it is hard not to smile when surrounded by such beauty!
The Dale
The canopy covered dale is the perfect place to exchange vows. With its tranquil lighting and the sound of the creek trickling through, The Dale is as magical as it is serene. A truly breathtaking corner of our beautiful garden that is a pleasure for the senses!
The Field
Our sprawling green lawns are the perfect backdrop for enjoying the afternoon sunshine! A popular location for larger wedding ceremonies. The Field is our big, open space, nestled between The Perennial Border and overlooking The Dam. The perfect picnic spot for that sunny afternoon!
The Dam
The lifeforce of Hillandale, The Dam is located at the bottom end of the gardens, supplied with flowing water from our creek that runs the length of the property. With multiple areas and grassy knolls that surround The Dam, not one spot is more beautiful than another!
